My company operates www.juliegrantphotography.co.uk . I, Julie Grant trade as "Julie Grant Photography" and am the data controller for this business. This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use and Disclosure of Personal Information I receive from users of my site, Facebook page and Instagram pages. In order that I may conduct business with you I will also require a contact telephone number, email address, information regarding how you came to find me, details of any other clients that you may have referred to me and I will of course, hold photographs of you and those present at your photoshoot.
This Personal Information will be used to help me to provide the best service possible to you and in doing so, I may be required to share this information with my suppliers and Bank.
An important part of growing my business comes from being able to share past work that I have completed. This means that with your prior consent, I may share your photographs (and names) on the following: My website, Blog, Facebook page, Instagram Page, The Guild's membership page. I may also have your images within my sample products used during viewing sessions.

By holding the images I can re-supply them to you (subject to retrieval costs applicable at the time). You can request that your Personal Information is deleted from my records (including photographs) at any time in writing.

This privacy policy is effective as of 3rd May 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in it’s provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted to this page.

You may, at any time request information of all data held by Julie Grant Photography about you. This information will be provided to you within one calendar month of your request. If requests are made by you regularly or are deemed excessive, a charge may be applied.
